Ingredients:
  • Sea Moss Gel
  • Banana
  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Spring Water
Preparation:
1/2 cup frozen or fresh raspberries, 1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries, 2 x small bananas, 2 cups spring water, 4 tablespoons Sea Moss gel. Add everything in a blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds until smoothie consistency.
Enough for 4 servings.
